Goals for the Week of Jan 21-27

Last Week

1 - 20+ minutes on the elliptical each night I go to the gym.
2- Eat at least 6 fruits/veggies per day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Walk 7,500 steps per day.
5 - Push closer to my next mini-goal (lose 10% of current weight, 4 pounds to go)

How I Did:

1 - Yes on the nights I used the elliptical. I've been hitting the treadmill this week!
2 - Nope. 5 was my magic number this week. 5 is better than I've been doing, but not quite where I want to be.
3 - Meh. I've been eating a very, VERY small breakfast every day. Until my sleep schedule is better, this probably won't change.
4 - Done.
5 - DONE! DONE! DONE! I reached my 10% this week. Onto the next 10!


Goals for this week:

1 - 20 minutes of cardio each night I hit the gym.
2 - 6 fruits/veggies each day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Celebrate a victory everyday. (NOT scale related)
5 - Read 1-2 books this week.

I realize I need goals beyond weight loss. I sometimes think I spend too much time focusing on JUST that and not enough time on other things. Hence, the reading goal.

    yes Shannon I think I need some goals that are not weight related and I've decided to add cleaning out my attic by tackling at least 2 boxes every month !!
