Goals Goals Goals!

Tuesday, January 22, 2013

Time to set some goals and rewards! I think I was hesitant to do this before because I didn't believe that I could actually lose weight and change my body. I thought that MAYBE I would eat better and exercise but that nothing would actually change when I got on the scale. Today's revelation of 6 pounds lost brings me hope and motivation. I think I need to get some goals in place!

*Note: 6 pounds is not a lot, I know, but this is the first time that I've ever actively changed my nutrition and exercise habits and then monitored my weight. Seeing that I can change things about my habits and that results will then occur is HUGE for me! Those 6 pounds make me feel like I can do anything!

This is fantastic! You set attainable goals and fun rewards. You didn't base your goals on a TIME constraint which I think a lot of people mistakenly do. You CAN do this and you will love getting those rewards!

Wow!! Great goals and rewards! We should be friends. I have simialar goals and have also decided that I want to loose 25-30lbs by the beginning of June. I am going on vacation and I just don't want to have to shop for clothes that hide my body anymore. Good luck to you!!
