Time to set some goals and rewards! I think I was hesitant to do this before because I didn't believe that I could actually lose weight and change my body. I thought that MAYBE I would eat better and exercise but that nothing would actually change when I got on the scale. Today's revelation of 6 pounds lost brings me hope and motivation. I think I need to get some goals in place!
*Note: 6 pounds is not a lot, I know, but this is the first time that I've ever actively changed my nutrition and exercise habits and then monitored my weight. Seeing that I can change things about my habits and that results will then occur is HUGE for me! Those 6 pounds make me feel like I can do anything!
Under 200 pounds = 8 pounds lost

In the 180s=18 pounds lost
In the 170s=28 pounds lost
Goal weight=37 pounds lost
Reward: new swimsuit
