I keep asking myself if I'm tracking and exercising, why am I gaining?
I looked over my tracking history and noticed that I m way below my suggested fat intake. I know that seems counter intuitive, but it might be the problem.
I turned on the meal suggestions. The main thing I'm adding in will be walnuts. Actually it is a food highly recommended for diabetics. Also peanut butter.
Going by SP suggestions, it looks like I'll be eating more too.
