I keep asking myself if I'm tracking and exercising, why am I gaining?

I looked over my tracking history and noticed that I m way below my suggested fat intake. I know that seems counter intuitive, but it might be the problem.

I turned on the meal suggestions. The main thing I'm adding in will be walnuts. Actually it is a food highly recommended for diabetics. Also peanut butter.

Going by SP suggestions, it looks like I'll be eating more too.

    I think you will be pleasantly surprised how much difference it makes when your nutrition is balanced.

Wonder why that is such a hard lesson to learn!?

    Good job! I also need to add some good fats to my diet and the best being walnuts and peanut butter.

    Are body does need fat as a nutrient and when we don't get enough of these nutrients our body can not be as active or use calories as efficiently. i find too if i eat more nuts or more protein i eat less calories.
