Don't worry, I haven't fallen face first into a cake. emoticon

I'm thinking about my exercise routine. I'm thinking that maybe I need to do a DVD in the AM before breakfast and just use my afternoon jog/hikes as icing on my workout cake. There are days when the afternoon gets away from me and I'm not able to workout later. However, I can't do my running in the AM, its just too cold for me. I don't feel my legs and I work too hard, I turn my legs into hamburger. Its not pretty. I have decided that if I do a workout in the AM, then I can add my roadwork later in the day when its available. This won't happen on Thursdays, because thats trash day and I hate trash. It will happen any of the other 6 days in the week.

Day 7: AM: Jillian emoticon Ckt PM: 30 min. emoticonRun + 10 min. HIIT + Yoga 20 min. Shiva Rea style emoticon

I'm not going to get down on myself if I'm not able to do the pm workouts.
