First whole day of sparking and this felt like it was going to be easy sailing.
Not that living healthy is really tough, but un-learning bad habits doesn't happen overnight (or with 24 hrs of SparkPeople)
So skipping dessert was cake, but eating late at night is a weakness of mine. I'm usually "eating as medicating" to get energy because I'm getting tired at night. I know, the obvious answer, which I've known for years and decades - go to sleep!
which I plan to now....
