I got 5 out of 7 days of workouts in.
I was in my calorie range for most of the week.
I was a little low on my water intake for the week.
I lost 1 pound this week.
A pretty good week.
Here's to a new week!

    Way to go...keep it up... I wasnt a big water drinker at first.. And now I'm up to 10+ glasses most days ..congrats on the one lb
