So the title really has no place in this blog entry. At all. Well, I guess regarding the Spark Coach thing it does. I signed up for the free trial and it expires in 2 days. I do not feel that it is worth $40. Pretty sure it was more than that. I will say it is nice to get daily support and motivation but I could also use this blog and my husband for the same thing.
My list of goals for today were to: 1. Work out 2. Eat Right and 3. Do laundry. I full succeeded in 1 and 2. Yippie! 3....not so much. I did two loads and have two more left. Honestly, doing laundry bites.
At the end of every blog I will rate my following achievements..
1. Did I make healthy food choices? YES! I actually need to eat some more...I am severely lacking in the calorie in-take department.
2.Where you physically active? Heck ya! 30 minutes of Zumba and 20 minutes of upper body work FTW!
3. Did I feel or act motivated? Totally, I felt like an athlete today!
4. Did you still to your program? Of course!
I hope everyone is doing well, I really need to get to bed so I can be fully rested for my run tomorrow.
