Fitness Monday!

Hello my fellow Sparklers! Today I did more than 10 minutes of exercise but less than 30 minutes. I chose to walk with Kim Kemerley on Comcast On Demand fitness program! I broke a sweat but I didn't overdo it this time. emoticon emoticon
Now if I could just cut out the junk food! emoticon

    Focus on getting the 10+ minutes of exercise into a habit and then worry about the junk food.
