I've stopped drinking soda all together, I'm hoping I will stay on track with not drinking soda any more and I'm also hoping to stay on track to lose weight. The thing is I'm doing it on my own, no one to exercise with or to help keep me on track. I need to lose this weight, I'm tired of the way I look and feel. I want to be healthy and have energy to do things. I want to be able to play with my kids without getting tired quickly.

Admirable reasons for your work, you won't regret getting rid of the soda. If it doesn't add to your quality of life, your ability to play with the kiddos, it doesn't need to be there. Ditching the soda was one of the first and best things I did for my healthy lifestyle. Good luck! emoticon

You are in the same boat as me. I am doing this ALL on my own too! All I have is Sparkpeople and the Sparkers on here for motivation. I use all the trackers everyday to help me.

Good job! If you're counting calories you'll see how many calories are in soda. It's astounding. I have a soda maybe once a year usually in a root beer float. I drink water and tea. Good luck and have a great day!
