I've stopped drinking soda all together, I'm hoping I will stay on track with not drinking soda any more and I'm also hoping to stay on track to lose weight. The thing is I'm doing it on my own, no one to exercise with or to help keep me on track. I need to lose this weight, I'm tired of the way I look and feel. I want to be healthy and have energy to do things. I want to be able to play with my kids without getting tired quickly.
