I have figured out the hungry equation. I eat like a hobbit most days, and, well, frankly, eating larger meals wasn't quite doing it, even with lots of water between. So today, I ate a bunch of midget meals and I'm not hungry!!!
I was a little higher in calorie but that's because one of said mini meals was a hot dog worth lots of calories, and flank steak that I got really excited eating. Note to self: Chef Meg sparkrecipes can make one want to eat much more than the serving. But, I'm still in calorie range, and lower than I anticipated being after a day of no tracking that I"m sure wasn't the greatest.
We'll see how this works over the next couple of days, and hopefully this will become a permanent habit.
