Well I am 25 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I have gained 22 pounds so far .. :(
I started at 165
I am now 187
I have not been doing as well as I hoped.. but I have good news as well.
Because of my history of pre-term labor I was unable to be active, until now.
My cervix was checked today and it is still 3.3 cm long. so I go the okay to start walking a few days a week.
I really wanted to make it out of the "danger zone" and make sure I wasn't dilating.
Anyway, I get checked again at 29 weeks, hopefully I still wont be dilated, if so I will walk a bit more or maybe add a few other workouts.
Baby boy and I are both measuring right on track!
I am hoping to not gain more than 15-20 pounds for the rest of this pregnancy, because I feel that is realistic since I have the whole 3rd trimester to look forward too.
That would be around 40 pound weight gain
So I am hoping my end weight around 205 or less....
Hopefully walking and a few diet changes will make that possible!
REALLY need to get my butt in gear.
If I have learned anything from having my kids, each time has been harder to lose the weight!
With my first I lost it all easy and then some.
With my second I lost it all but it was hard work
With my third I struggled.. A LOT
This is my 4th and I REALLY want to be a healthy mom to my boys. The less I gain the easier it will be to get back to "healthy"
