Sorry January Jumpstart Challenge

I have been slacking on my commitment to you! I have not done the videos for a week now and am not going to give myself a hard time about it. The truth is, I just over committed and I don't want to set myself up for failure expecting myself to go from zero-fitness overnight. Baby steps.. baby steps. So, no.. I am not working out every day, but I am making healthy choices every day. I am on week 6 of my 8 week program for my 5k training and going strong, and that is an accomplishment on its own. Focusing on my running is enough for now, and trust me.. I'm getting a work out!

10 days until my weigh-in and measurements.. pants are starting to get baggy!
