My goals for BLC 21 include the following:
1. Get to 190 pounds from 203 pounds.
2. Log my food and exercise daily.
3. Participate in every TNT, SE, and LCW challenge.
4. Post as often as possible on my team thread and let the team know what's going on in my life, as well as offer support to my team.
5. Post my CICO daily.
6. Follow the Paleo lifestyle but also allow myself to eat what I want from time to time.
7. Stay away from sweet tea.
