Happy Monday

I jumped out of bed this morning, couldn't wait to weigh in! And I was happy to see that I was down 2.4 lbs for the week! I couldn't be happier and it really motivated me to keep going today. I started a new WATP video today, the 5 Day Walk Plan. Each day has a different walk, different distance, and at the end a toning session for a different part of the body. Today was 3 miles at a pace of 12 minutes per mile with an ab session at the end. I hate sit ups....they hurt my tailbone and I ALWAYS wind up straining my neck, but I made it through. Tomorrow is supposed to be a 4 mile walk with an arm session at the end, however my daughter has a school concert tomorrow evening, so not sure I can fit in a full 4 miles. I will probably switch the Tuesday and Wednesday work outs, as Wednesday is only a 1 mile with a leg session. Another success today: I grocery shopped with a list, stayed within budget, and cooked a great meal that I found off a a website that my WW friends use (www.emilybites.com).

    Woo hoo to your success!

    Suggestion as an alternative to sit-ups, push ups are even BETTER for working your core and MUCH kinder to your back / neck. Can't do a regular push up? No prob: do WALL Push Ups! Check 'em out in the SP fitness section.
