I have such a hard time getting to bed on time....there is just too much that must be done and not enough time to do it. I am so aware of the impact that lack of sleep has on my health. I really want to get more sleep! So I have a goal to get to bed by 8:30. That will give me about 30 minutes of time to read and unwind, then I want to go to sleep around 9:00. Well, so far I haven't been doing very well with my goal. I am in bed too late too often. Sometimes I am not getting into bed until as late as 11:30. Given that I usually get up at around 4:45, that is just not enough for me. I am definitely a person who needs about eight hours of sleep. I just can't focus and concentrate when I don't get enough! And I tend to not sleep well at times, so I definitely need to continue to work on this. So....I was off from work today and tomorrow will be my "Monday." Tonight I am going to bed at 8:30! I am all ready...meals for tomorrow are already prepped, clothing is already laid out for tomorrow....everything is good! Sweet dreams all!
