wow did I slack yesterday. So didn't track (hope that doesn't bite me in the ass tomorrow). Been a laid back weekend, which was well deserved and needed. Started a new supplement hoping it helps with the process. Week 2 is coming to a close and this is my hard time when I usually start giving up! Need some support :)
