A new day

Monday, January 21, 2013

First of all, thanks so much to everyone who took the time to comment on my blog yesterday; I had a really rough day yesterday. All of your support meant SO much, and you guys had some great ideas that I will look into.

Today was a crazy day. :) Hubby was off work, so we had planned to go to the museum after his interview. Unfortunately, with one thing and another, it didn't happen :( Which was a shame; I was looking forward to the walking and the learning. Oh well. Today has been a take it easy day; lots of resting and cuddles, which I think we both needed. :)

We ate pretty well today (minus the ultra-yummy but very caloric cinnoman roll from Starbucks!) but I planned it well and I didn't let the one treat make my whole day go cabloowey! (sp? :) ) Hubby is heating dinner as we speak, hot tea, baked potatoes, chicken, and some kind of veggie. (Not sure what kind!)

Today has been much better than yesterday; I just have a really hard time dealing with my epilepsy and admitting that I need help. Tho Chris is right; EVERYONE needs help, just with different things. I need to remember that. This just feels unusual to me, so I tend to look at it as a flaw, when it's not really. It's just who I am and how I am put together.

So tomorrow it's back to the regular routine :) Thanks for the support everyone!

This is the perfect time to get a dog. They can alert you before a seizure happens.

I love that Everyone needs help just in different ways. And it is who I am and how I am put together. Just what I needed to see me through.
