I wanted to have a perfect diet day, but I wandered a slight bit. I had 10 nuts that weren't on my food list for the day as well as 3 mini candy bars worth 80 calories each. I did exercise, but honestly it wasn't as strong as usual. All and all I'm not disappointed with the day. It's so much better than I've done with my diet in a long time. I'll take it. Here's to a great rest of the week. I'm glad Monday is nearly over!
