Well I think whatever I had is going away, because I felt much better today. I even exercised and did a little more and different exercises today. I am still struggling some with getting the Nutrition part right. Though I am not over in Calories, I still have a problem getting the Carb, Protein, Fat proportions correct. I always seem to come up short in the Protein area and surprisingly, the fat area. I am not nearly as concerned with the Fat part, since it seems to be a pretty small amt., but I am concerned about the Protein part. I think I am going to get a list of foods that have good amounts of Protein without any Carbs. That seems to be the problem is that most of the things I have been been eating in the protein area have some Carbs attached too. I also know I need to eat more fish, especially Salmon, which I am not a big fan of, but will try to find a good way to make it that I may like. My family does like it, so it really is just a matter of finding a good way to make it that I will like. I hate fried anything, but do like baked and grilled, but I need a good marinade or a way to get rid of the "salmon y" flavor I do not like!
