So, I spent some time thinking about that TNT yesterday, and how it wasn't really that hard once I got off my butt and just did it! I got to thinking, if I just did that every week, in four weeks, I'd be better conditioned to kick it up a notch, and move back into some of my favorite old workouts! So, I have some loose goals, I'd like to work on, and then need to clean them up, and "publish"...
So, here are my goals for you to help me be accountable to:
For the first four weeks, I PROMISE to do the required TNT's and attempt to get in a 3rd TNT on Saturdays.
At the end of the four weeks, I should be conditioned, flexible in cardio and strength to either move on to a modified version of P90X or 30 day shred (which I would only commit to doing 2 days a week)
At the end of the 8 weeks, I should be conditioned enough to assemble a complete and regular strength training circuit that enhances my tennis.
By the end of the 12 weeks, I should have a strength training regime in place along with my regular tennis and additional 30 minutes of cardio on a 5 day basis.
