Not down but not up. Didn't track as religiously, got tired of tv dinners and cooked. Brownies over the weekend, whole pan but spaced them out soas not to do too much damage. Still need to find the WW desserts or something to kick my sweet cravings. Need to be better about tracking, too. Last week I fixated on perfecting my recipe for augratin potatoes, did it, got it out of my system. Now I have a whole package of Little smokies to use up and/or freeze. Need to start going to the grocery store ONCE A WEEK and quit this stuff. That spot on my leg is bigger but my blood pressure is going down I think, haven't woke up with afib since I started on the valerian, so I think it's helping everything. A wonder herb. Need to order some more. Going to get it right this time, not perfect but right.
