Fitness
Circuit - brief, but goal met
Dance - brief, but goal met

I have some kind of chest cold right now, making it hard for me to breathe/hurts to breathe (I'm not congested, it's almost like bronchitis or something like that where its all dry cough and chest pain/breathing problems. Since I'm not a big fan of wheezing I did the bare minimum of 20mins of fitness today.

Plan for the week Tues-Fri
Breakfast:
Tuesday- PBJ toast, 3 cups of water
Wednesday- Oatmeal, 1tbsp maple syrup, 1tbsp choco chips, 1/2 cup milk, 3cups water
Thursday- Cheerios, 1/2 cup milk, 3 cups water
Friday- Cheerios 1/2 cup milk, 3 cups water

Lunch:
Tuesday- cheesy pasta sausage veggie dish (leftovers)
Wednesday- turkey club sandwich
Thursday- Tex Mex Soup (leftovers)
Friday- PBJ Sandwich

Dinner:
Tuesday- club sandwich
Wednesday- steak tips with corn
Thursday- leftovers
Friday- Mac and cheese homemade

Snacks
Cheerios, nature valley bars, fruit, veggies throughout week

Fitness
Tuesday- up at 7a- dance, iPad fitness app, circuit(min 20mins for day)
Wednesday- up at 6a- dance, circuit, WiiFit or other Wii game(min of 25mins for day)
Thursday- up at 6a- dance, Taebo, circuit (min of 30mins for day)
Friday- up at 6a- dance, circuit, iPad fitness app (min of 20mins for day)

Will check in Wed night for mid-week update and adjustments as needed
