Right now I'm around 203 pounds. I was around 213 at Christmas.
In July, we have a family event that will involve bathing suits and distant family. So that gets me thinking.... the last time I would have seen these people was at my high weight of 213. If I stay on track, I could be somewhere in the 150's by mid July! That will be a 60 pound loss and it will be like I'm a new person. It gives me good motivation to keep going every day. I don't want to be the fat one in the family anymore, and I can finally show them I'm not.
Then in December, we actually have a family cruise. If I keep staying on track for the rest of the year, I can hit my goal weight of 130 or less! More bathing suits, and more family. I've been on 4 cruises in my life, and for each of them I've been a cow. So it would be nice to finally enjoy a cruise without being self conscious of how I look.
So that's my plan. Hopefully writing it down will make it more of an attainable reality. I hope I can do it. I don't want to be the fatty in the family anymore :(
