I really like that fb sends me weekly e-mails on how I've done, and also how long the little thing holds a charge! I really wish that their mobile app allowed syncing with my Android phone, but hopefully that will be added in the near future. Today I got an e-mail telling me that I've walked 50 miles since I've started using it! With my hectic schedule right now, it's wonderful not to have to manually log these things.
I still haven't taken the time to measure my stride so it's more accurate, but I'm of average height, so it's good enough for now - and at least the measurements are internally consistent.
I'm also really enjoying the sleep statistics. I'm working on making sure that I get enough sleep, and this gives me some measure that I can use to improve. I'm enjoying it so much, my hubby is thinking of getting the new FitBit Flex (wristband) when it comes out. The wristband doesn't have the altimeter, so it can't say how many flights of stairs one has climbed (a feature I really like), but he's more interested in tracking his general activity and sleep. He also thinks that it will be easier for him to remember to wear the Flex than the clip on model.
