I was making Beef barley soup today and my soup cookbook fell of the counter and the binding broke. I was quite upset but I grabbed my trusty duct tape and mending the binding. Now I am ready for more years of soup!
Besides the soup today I had an egg with 1 slice of rye bread split to make a sandwich, a natural peanut butter and homemade strawberry sandwich, yogurt, and fruit. I did not over eat and am not hungry!
Drinking a glass of water before meals has helped and I have finally lost a pound!
