that's how many days there are until my birthday.

it also might be the number of times i've wanted something sweet since my last post. but it's probably a little low to be honest.

the point is, aside from a few no-bake energy bite (there's a recipe) indulgences, i'm doing okay with the challenge. the hardest day so far HAS to be sunday. there are far too many donuts around to temp me at church. but i resisted. it was freakin' hard! sort of using the idea that keeping my hands busy will keep me from mindless munching. here's what's happened...



i'm also trying to get back into reading my Bible daily and journaling. this too shouldn't be terribly hard, but it is - there are far too many excuses i use.

i'm *hoping* that i can get a grasp on them.

oh! i've sort of changed my workout schedule. i'm still doing bootcamp (those workouts kick @ss!) but i'm cutting back on my evening classes. the only evening classes i'll allow myself are yoga. this is also RIDICULOUSLY difficult because it means i'm not doing body combat or plyometric kickboxing right now. i never thought i'd willingly take a break from them. i digress. my current schedule

M - bootcamp
T - bootcamp. possibly evening yoga
W - bootcamp
Th - bootcamp. possibly evening yoga
F - run
Sat - [my endurance day] rpm, cxworx, body pump.
Sun - rest

i'm most curious to see how my body responds. and once i've reigned in the sugar craving, maybe i'll be back on track enough to start losing weight again.

but that's down the line a bit. for now, i focus on the 10 days left of my challenge.
