first day back

so i'm back on the wagon. starting all over.
the last time i started working on my body & using this site, i ended up majorly sabotaged; first by my mate at the time, then by my own self-doubt.
i've since gotten out of the abusive situation, but still have trouble trusting & relying on myself.
i've signed up for this site again because everyone here was always so supportive, both about my goals & my issues.
i love the sense of community here :)
so that's mainly what i'll be using the site for...i have a fitness/calorie tracker on my phone that i'm being very diligent about; it's a shame it's not compatible or related to this site, & i doubt i'm going to take the time to log everything twice a day, but i would like to keep track of my eventual weight loss here. i also began a strictly optimistic blog, complete with current "before" pictures to give me motivation.
today is my first day using the app religiously, & tonight is the first night at my new gym.
