I went for blood work this morning before work and work is so nice when I am almost by myself.
I ate "pretty" good and this evening I did Jillian Michaels kettle bell level 1. This is a videoI had 4 awhile. I love Yoga but I am going to work for a few days on weights and cardio to lose this belly fat. This last few fat pounds (i mean fat roll) is hard to shake.
AND it is because I eat that BAD stuff sometimes,well most times but I am getting better.
I burned 1113 calories 6651 steps 2.60 miles.
When I don't post I am doing at least 5000 steps. I have to do at least that.
We have snow and it's still snowing. I hope everyone has a pleasant evening and sweet dreams.
PS I was given a prescription for "something to calm me" but I didn't try them yet.
I thik just having them might help??
