Spark Coach says to start thinking about the real reason I want to lose weight. Hmmm. Not really sure, just want to feel lighter, like I use to feel. I want less stress on my knees and feet, I can tell a big difference in how my joints feel since I gained weight. So maybe thats my goal - make it easier for me to get around and exercise and fit into clothes more comfortably.
