Essay Done, Biceps and Chest Smaller Now

Monday, January 21, 2013

Hi everyone; Well I finally got my essay done after 12 this morning. I learned my lesson not to procrastinate so much. Last week of class and have to answer the same questions about my worldview as i did when I began. It is just to see if we see things any differently now than we did before. Also have to write the same esaay about my worldview as well. I measured my biceps today and my chest as i felt they were getting smaller. I found out I dropped another size in bras now. I am down to a size 36b instead; and my bicep shrunk an inch and it is now at 12 not 13. I will see if i dropped any weight on Wednesday. I am pretty happy about losing inches though. It is really colod here in Wisconsin now; makes me wish I would have kept some of my bigger pants to put over my smaller pairs. Woke up with a very sore and painful right arm this morning. I don't know if it is from my workout last night or from the weather. I had to ice it and use heat on it to ease the pain in it. I am using resistance bands now instead of dumbbells. I used the lighter set too last night.

Gratz on getting the papers done and on the inches lost. Great NSV all the way around. I hear you on the cold, it is just as bad here in MN. Okay maybe if you are in the country vs the city like me it maybe colder.

    Hope that arm/shoulder feesl better.

That is awesome progress--a whole bra size. And congrats on getting that paper done without having to pull an all-nighter.

Maybe your arm needs a break for a bit. Hope it starts to feel better. Take care of it and you. emoticon
