How can we not have time?

Monday, January 21, 2013

Not much to write about, but it's been awhile. Still having my roller coaster ride of dedication and backsliding. But here I am. So that's at least something I've got going.

I was enheartened today to hear today that the First Lady gets up every day between 4:30 and 5 to work out before her girls arise to get ready for school. When she's nearly done, her husband comes in for his turn to work out, and then they're ready to start their day. Proves that the busiest people in America have time to work out, so why wouldn't we?

And now I feel like a slacker. I can't even get out of bed before I bring my girls to school at 7.

I would need to go to bed before 10pm in order to wake up at 4:30am... on a regular basis, I mean.

But yes, if they can find time, then so can I! Thanks for sharing.

It's my understanding that she's in bed by 10 most nights so she is getting her sleep, too.

Keep on keepin' on, girl. We've done this before.

They have learned the secret that exercise gives you more energy, not less!
