I didn't expect this to turn into an evangelism message.

:) I have a 24 oz bottle of water, I fill it at LEAST 3 times a day which gives me 9 glasses of water. I use those water enhancers to help get the water down. But im still drinking it non the less. During the summer or after a workout its easier to drink plan water, not sure why lol.
I too am a Christian, I thank him daily for everything I have. And ask that he keep me strong.
My brother has had a very difficult life more so then myself, and I constantly tell him God will not throw anything at you, if he didn't think u could handle it. It will make u a stronger person, and build your character , u just have to keep faith that your time will come when its supposed to. God will not let u down, he see;s that you are a fighter and are trying.
Have a blessed day my friend!

For counting water, I use a 32 ounce water bottle, drain it once, fill it and drain it again to know that I have gotten my 8 glasses in.

Nothing wrong with evangelism. When I was doing the FirstPlace 4 Health program (and it worked wonderfully), I was delighted when people asked how I was losing weight so I could tell them -- Bible Study!

Sounds like the BEST plan. One day at a time with weight loss and Christ Jesus. emoticon emoticon

Good job, my Friend. OIur priority and purpose is to glorify God. He loves us so much. He wants us to be fit and an example to others. I truly believe He is helping me one day at a time and He is doing the same for you. Blessings, Jane emoticon emoticon

I agree with you totally. Daily meditation with God is often the thing that many of us forget about but is of the utmost importance. With God on your side, all things are possible. On my journey to a healthier me, I focus less on actrually losing weight and more on treating my body the way God meant for us to live all along. Our bodies were meant to move and eat less processed foods. As we have gone to the more processed foods we have become less healthier. Going back to where God wants you to be will make you closer to him and he will take care of the rest.
