Baby Itís Cold Outside!

My Day: It went really well. For others at work, not so much. Iím really trying to focus on the power of positive thinking and the joy that brings. As todayís Queenism says : ďNegativity was a bad habit she had fallen intoĒ It worked. Things seem to be running very smoothly in the world of fresh produce, at least in my world.

My Diet: Not so good there. I snacked the weekend away. I was going to go to exercise, but talked myself out of it. I kept thinking that Iíd go from hot to bitter cold (itís 10 degrees). No, Iím better off focusing on my resolution.

My Resolution: This weekís zone is the Master Bedroom. Declutter under my bed. Seriously, Iím scared to see what I find thereÖ.Drawers under the waterbed. Surly it wonít be as bad as a paystub from 2004. Iíve got to hit my night stand as a hot spot. It keeps piling up with crap, but that will be changed!

Iíve swished and swiped. Load of laundry done. The dishwasher is about to be emptied. I know whatís for dinner and Iíve already laid out my clothes for morning. Since it will be 1 degree (not a typo Ö ONE DEGREE) when I wake up, Iím thinking 5 layers.

Iíve finished my Visual Board (huh, what is that?) Itís a board with pictures of what I wish to attain short term, the amount of time it will take to acquire and the amount of money needed. It helps you to remain focused and push the limits of positive thinking and what it attracts. Iím putting it in a place I will see daily and remind myself to be thankful for what I have and be thankful for what I am going to receive. I know it, like I know it, like I KNOW it !

    You sound like you've accomplished and are going to accomplish a lot. The cold can be so demoralizing for working out. It's getting colder here, too. Today I did a 15 minute walk at lunch (warmest time), then I only had to do 15 more minutes, and I did that before dinner so it wasn't too dark and cold. You sound like a planner, so maybe breaking up your workouts might work for you some days. Good luck and stay warm!
