Over a year ago I stopped going on walks with my husband and dogs because we live on top of a hill and going up that hill would give me terrible chest pain and I would usually end up throwing up at the end of the walk.
I still have this upper respitory thing, and although I had a great day yesterday, today was tough and I ended up sleeping off most of today. When it was time to walk the dogs, I went. I wanted to face the hill.
I was able to keep up with him and the dogs. I was even able to tackle the hill to our house. It was when I hit the driveway that the chest pain started and the breathing problem and wanting to throw up. When we got in the house, my head was in the sink but I didn't throw up. I had to spit in the sink a bit. The chest pain went away quickly. I'm on the nebulizer but feeling much better.
I'm pretty sure when this cold is gone, I can run up that hill!
