First Week of the New Plan

I lost 3 lbs. this first week!!!!!
I managed to stay in my calorie range this week and managed to get in my exercise. The calories were not to hard to do, but the exercise was a toughie.
After I lined up my plan, my life took a big zigzag. My job scope at work changed dramatically this past week. This a one of those good/bad things. My stress level has gone through the roof...but I am walking an average of 4-5 miles every day at work with the possibility of walking twice that much on a bad day.
Where my old job was located, I had a nice kitchen to cook my meals and a big frig to keep veggies and fruit on hand. Now I only have a little mini frig and a microwave. I am going to have to do some re-configuring on my eating plan.
I guess life is always about "Plan B" and in this case "Plan C"...maybe even "Plan D".
On a good note, I can now put $5 in my "Exercise Reward" and my "Reward Dinner" envelops. I get to put $60 in my "Reward Trip" envelop. If I keep the weight off until next week, it gets to stay in that envelop...I will be working towards that. After all the stress of learning this new job, I will definitely need a vacation!
