One more day after today then It's my weigh in day. I keep checking myself out in the mirror and I can see a difference so I hope the scale shows it as well cause last week I didn't lose not even one pound. I know it's going to take much larger to take it off then to put it on but some sign of progress would be great.
Today one of my co-workers made me some turn overs stuffed with carrots, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, broccolli, string beans, onions, potatoes, and cheese. She didn't know I was on a diet so how could I say no, "It was soooooooooo good but I have no clue how many calories were in it. How do you turn down food like that or what should I have done??
