Day 19 and 20

It has been a good weekend. Eating within calories (middle of range) and drinking my water. Both of the last two evenings I got in a little more serious cardio than a plain walk. It is good.

I'm enjoying the long weekend. Spending extra time with the family and being a little extra productive.

Health Progress MTD
1. Eat within calories (streak 14 days; 18 of 20 days this month)
2. Cardio (streak 25 days; 20 of 20 days this month)
3. Drink water (streak 11 days; 14 of 20 days this month)
4. Wear pedometer and track steps (streak 80 days; 20 of 20 days this month)
