Down 7 lbs from last Monday !

I'm so happy that I've stuck to my plans this past week especially with the wonderful results I received this morning from the scale, 7lbs down ! I'm so happy ! This of course makes me want to continue with my plans and so I shall, would have anyway no matter what today's WI would have been.

I've been really working on many different areas of my life these past few weeks and putting them into motion was and is the most important thing and I'm so happy I have !

I'm learning different tools to use when my emotions start becoming a bit to much for me to handle without running for the cupboards or fridge and as I take it day by day I find that it's working rather well.

Thank you all for the huge amount of support you've shown toward me I really am greatful for it !

    Good for you, Alison. Glad you're doing so well. :) Finding a coping mechanism for emotional eating is key. I work on it daily. :)

I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU. IT SURE GIVES YOU A LIFT WHEN YOU WORK FOR IT AND IT PAYS OFF.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND DON'T GET DISCOURAGED IF IT ISN'T "7" POUNDS EVERY WEEK.

    7 lbs! great job!!! so proud of you! keep up the great work. p.s. i think understanding the emotional eating part is a very good coping strategy. I read it somewhere on sparker's blog that "food should be used as nutrition, not as a pain number". Totally agree.

    Sounds like you are making good changes! I tend to head for food when I'm emotional too - it takes practice but that impulse can be changed.
