Thank you for the positive reinforcement. I am going to need a lot. My goal is 20lbs by July 2013. I started the special k challenge this morning. I have also increased my water intake to 5 glasses. I did not have any soda pop yesterday and finally I am starting to workout on my Wii to increase my exercise today. I really feel good today. emoticon
