TF Day 19, 20 and 21

Day 19:

Today was Fire 45 EZ class....first time doing this workout in my schedule and I forgot what a great workout this is. It was so much harder because my legs felt like dead weight due to the lower body workout I did the day before. I was sweating bullets and then could barely walk the rest of the day...hahaha

Day 20:

Not a good day....we had a wind storm happening. I was grocery shopping and had my car trunk slam down on my arm. Then as I was lugging in a box of diapers the front door slammed shut. I put the box of diapers down, re-opened the door, then turned and bent down to pick up the diapers when a gust of wind came. I tried to keep the door open while picking up the box of diapers and twisted the wrong way doing something nasty to my back. My back was so sore...I decided to skip my workout and rest.

Day 21:

Back feels a bit better...and I was happy to see this entire week is a cardio recovery week. I did Fire 45 EZ class again but had to take it down a notch. Lifting my knee too high caused back pain. So I didn't go all out but did what I could. Back is still sore and I plan to take it easy this week.

I may not be able to give my workouts my all...but I will do what I can.
