So I have managed two weekends in a row following my meal plan and sticking in calorie ranges.
I worried I'm going to feel like I'm succeeding and thats when I end up blowing it... I have NO idea why I do this, but it happens often enough for me to realise I'm doing it. So what gives? Ideas? What can I do to keep up with myself?
I got sick last Wednesday and I am still suffering, food was unappealing for a couple days, and I changed my plans, but I tracked everything, even when I didn't eat dinner except for eating two grapefruit, or eating just cocoa cottage cheese for dinner!
But my tracker is completed regardless of what went on.

1: Swam 1x this week = 1/3 Due to being very unwell, not impressed
2: Tracked everything I ate = Goal Achieved
3: Walked 3x this week = Goal Achieved.
2/3 goals achieved for the week!!
Weight: 178 pounds
Weight lost: 3 pounds.
Good going since I haven't been well.
