So I have been down this road before trying to find some pants that fit. I don't know what is up with clothing lines and their sizes or cuts. My size is huge in the waist, like falling off, and the next size down is skin tight in the legs. I just don't get it. Thank heavens I went shopping alone today. I cannot imagine what my hubby would have done if he went along. I ended up settling on a pair that didn't look too bad. My size just a different brand.

Oh and I bought a yoga mat:) My challenges for this month were a stability ball class, starting running again, walking the dogs twice a week, and a HIT camp. Next month I am going to try yoga. We shall see how this goes. I have only done yoga a few times at home. I have heard good things about the class at the gym I am thinking of trying, so I will give it a go and see how I like it.

SWEAT today was awesome:
sandbell slams
KB figure 8s
med ball slams
hip toss

I also got the pups out for three walks:) They are spoiled.
40.56 miles for the year!

Did I ever lend you Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown?? I LOVE IT!! If I haven't lent it to you...and you wanna give it a try...let me know!! Glad you found some pants that fit right...I went out for Amanda's bday on Saturday and wore a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in some time...I was happy that they fit! :) Have an awesome week!

I know what you mean with clothing size (I think whatever size you are there is always something not quite right with fitting!)...

Good for you for trying different things - I am a huge yoga fan... but I don;t like all yoga classes! A good reputation is a great start - as long as it respect your level and rythm.

Have fun on your mat! emoticon
