I've never been a big eater, just never very active. I'm not hungry, I promise ^.^

Secondly, I post in my Teams every day and I even have my own team for the gym I go to. My blog is new, but I'm not! ^.^

Okay, you said you don't eat lunch and you're going to have a small dinner? What? You want to be hungry? Never a good thing for me! Let's assume you're going to have at least 1400 calories, oh, yes, you are. You've got another 900 calories for the day! You're going to the gym, right? Did you put that in your fitness tracker setup? Then you will get a calorie range where you want to start at mid-range and see how that goes. The trick is to eat regularly and enough that you're not hungry. The better the balance between carbs/fat/protein, the better I feel. Try it. Plan what you're going to eat ahead of time. You can do this. The food tracker lists an incredible amount of different foods including mall food court food. Check it out.

One more thing--don't expect people to come to you. If you have a question, ask it on the message boards. Read other people's blogs and comment. Friend them, then they might take an interest in you, too. You know the saying you have to be a friend to have a friend? That's how it works here. Once you get the hang of it, you'll have a blast, I promise.
