I need to start recognizing my bad habits as places to improve, not things to whip myself for. I am tired of looking at things in a negative light all the time. If I am going to change things, I need to take as an objective look as I can at what I spend my time doing. I probably won't be all to surprised at what I find, but at least I will start owning up for myself. My habits are mine to address, not something to blame others for. Besides if I blame someone or something I am giving them authority in my life that they don't deserve.
