14: Let's just not

Yeah, well let's just not talk about the diet from starting somewhere around Friday lunch time!

LOL that's where the slide started and didn't end until ummm - this morning!


I don't deserve it but I am down 1 this week.

I skipped the gym this weekend, but did get some workout done. We started some demo on a house project on Saturday. So I got a fairly decent workout from that. Still missed my running. It's sooo cold!

Focusing on Monday:

30 minutes: treadmill

and I have the diet sort figured out today. It's been a rough day, still not feeling well and I am stuck on a project at work that is sucking the life out of me!!!

Oh well.

  emoticon It's tough, I find it even more difficult when I am tired/stressed/busy. By the end of my week I am craving all kinds of crap I shouldn't have!

    Oh good, so I'm not the only one that's climbing back on the wagon this Monday! Sorry for it happening, but I'm secretly glad to have the company. Sound slike you have a plan of attack and that's all that matters. Hope the job clears up some and you and I both get our Spark on--have a kickin' week!

    You may have fell off the wagon over the weekend, but you picked yourself back up and you are making healthy choices. Keep it up and congrats on the pound lost!!! emoticon
