Yeah, well let's just not talk about the diet from starting somewhere around Friday lunch time!
LOL that's where the slide started and didn't end until ummm - this morning!
I don't deserve it but I am down 1 this week.
I skipped the gym this weekend, but did get some workout done. We started some demo on a house project on Saturday. So I got a fairly decent workout from that. Still missed my running. It's sooo cold!
Focusing on Monday:
30 minutes: treadmill
and I have the diet sort figured out today. It's been a rough day, still not feeling well and I am stuck on a project at work that is sucking the life out of me!!!
