After my cheat, I am at 218.6, and will be spending the next few days getting back into ketosis. I will lose the water weight quickly, and hopefully the energy. I was tired after washing dishes, and cooking breakfast. I have to go do my 90 minute walk at the gym, because it will be 19 for a high today.
I will be eating 6 chicken thighs for dinner. No lunch, since breakfast was at 2 p.m. No vegetables either today, except my mushrooms with breakfast. I need to get back in ketosis to get my energy back. It is like somebody turned a switch, and stole my energy when I am off plan. I feel so sluggish, and I could go back to bed for another 4-6 hours. I plan to stay awake, get my walking done, then some laundry, while I cook my chicken. Then I will start watching Biggest Loser at 9 p.m., after Bones is done. That'll get me to 10:30. I'll force myself to stay awake till midnight, and then get to bed. That will put me back on a normal schedule. Hopefully I can drop a couple pounds by tomorrow. I am supposed to do a band workout too, but may stay 2 hours at gym, and just add 30 minutes of weights there.
My menu is 1728 calories, and 6 grams of carbs. Tomorrow I plan to get back on my normal diet, with vegetables for carbs, and lots of fat.
Hopefully, everyone else is having a great start to the week. It can still be a great week. Let's start by having a great day.
