1st time for everything!

This morning is the first time I actually did a whole exercise routine with NIcole. It was for upper body. emoticon I am built somewhat like a beachball, so some of those all body routines are a wee bit of a problelm since they require a waist. Frankly, I do not see how some of you girls can become pretzels and whip around on a mat. emoticon
