I was home alone this morning (rare!) and feeling good that I finally got moving with a Plan in mind. It will be harder once we hit the road again but today gave me a boost to a good start. Ten minutes aerobic, 10 core, 10 strength.
We shower at least every other day at the nicer truck stops and most have shower rooms spacious enough to do a bit of a workout before showering. The newest Weight Watcher Magazine has a nice 10 minute yoga with hand weights routine that will fit nicely into that time if I don't mind hauling two 3 pound weights in my shower bag...
It's hard to get walking in but sometimes we can even if it's only a couple of times around a rest area.
So today is Day 1 of what I hope will be a long exercise streak of "just 10 minutes a day". Got to start rebuilding my good habits before I go up a size!
