So this weekend was the homeopener for hockey in general, but more specifically the BLUES! We won 6-0 in our first game but I won some pounds due to many unneccessary calories. I felt like I was doing well at the time, but then the pizza was there, the deviled eggs, the cupcakes, the litle smokies. Ugh, so devastating but it opened my eyes that I MUST stat making healthier choices! I need to have some easy go to meals ready to go on the weekends. I am thinking about making up some freezer crockpot meals, and since it is cold right now it makes even more sense.
I was 188.8 Friday and I am back up to 191... There are a few factors: mother nature, low water intake and my increased calories. I think once I start drinking more water again like I do throughout the week, stay within my calorie range and see mother nature leave for now, my weight will decrease along with maybe a lower result?! I can be ever hopeful.
I have shared my nutrition and exercise trackers to let everyone know what I have been eating and my exercises. Like I said, this weekend I did really bad and not everything could I put on there because I didn't make it. All I know is I did enough damage just with the pizza. But it is a learning curve and next time I know to say no or to stop before it gets out of hand! This has been an amazing journey so far and I just really started again after the New Year.
I am hoping to get new measurements this week from one of the trainers at the gym. We usually do a measuring session once a month, but I got lazy! No more lazy me, I want this badly! Plus, a big group of friends and family signed up for the Color Run in April. This is motivator to REALLY start pushing myself to be healthier and fit.
So much going on but it feels so good! Thank you to everyone for the advice, comments and goodies! I can't wait to get to my goal of being strong, sexy, fit and confident.
