This is one area that will do me in faster then anything...my snacking. I can be doing really well all day and then evening hits and look out! Today's SmartCoach video was about helathy snacking and there were some really good tips on what type of snack to choose and like everything else, I have to plan for it and stick to it. That will be my personal goal for this week: planned healthy snacking.
Tried my new treadmill out this morning and I LOVE it! Especially since it is -45 here today!
